Chalet Tolima is an incredible chalet well locatedber 26 to January 2 in Val d’Isère. Val d’Isère is one of the few high altitude resort in the Alps that’s also a genuine mountain village. Traditional buildings of stone, wooden structure, and slate show its long past of traditional mountain life. With its 300 km2 ski slopes, l’Espace Tignes-Val d’Isere (previously called Espace Killy) which includes Tignes and Val d’Isère ski resorts offers a great variety of slopes for the whole family.
Our chalet, Chalet Tolima, is a beautiful free-standing chalet discretely located on the main road into Val d’Isere.
Tucked behind a large row of trees and forming part of a privately owned enclave of chalets, Chalet Tolima offers the peace and serenity we all search for in the mountains in a location convenient to all the resort has on offer.
Designed with relaxation in mind, the 6 en-suite guest bedrooms have large comfortable beds and ample storage space for all of your belongings.
Most benefit from stunning mountain views and one twin room on the first floor has access to a large sun-drenched balcony.
You certainly won’t feel the need to jump out of bed in the morning and be the first to breakfast. The inverted nature of our chalet Tolima means the best views are to be had whilst sat around the dining table or curled up in the huge, comfy sofas, warming your toes by the large open log fire. When Val d’Isere holds one of its legendary fireworks displays, the top floor balcony is a prime viewing spot.
For that added comfort and when the aches and pains from a challenging day on the mountain start to set it, the private sauna tucked away downstairs will be a welcome retreat.
Tolima has plenty of storage for all your ski equipment and the heated boot warmers will ensure toasty warm feet for the day ahead. 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility
All rooms are equipped with large closets and locked safe.All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a towel radiator.
The chalet is non-smoking and our friends pets are not permitted.
Personal welcoming. Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am.
Linen, with beds made up on arrival. Bath linen, including a mid-week towel change.
Chalet Tolima was fantastic - comfortable, well equipped, generous and in a perfect location. We would recommend to anyone and will be booking again!

April 2019We had a fabulous stay at Tolima & would highly recommend the chalet and service to anyone wanting to stay in Val d’Isère. Chalet Tolima has a fantastic location, right outside the bus stop but really it’s only when you are inside that you can really appreciate how special the Chalet is! Booking was very simple and our chalet hosts were absolutely brilliant, accommodating us every step of the way. We absolutely loved staying at Chalet Tolima and hope to be back soon!

January 2019Really lovely chalet in an excellent location Contenu de l'avis : We can highly recommend this chalet. It is cosy, authentic and well equipped, with plenty of space for 12 people to sleep comfortably. The location is perfect and there is a bus stop right outside which is ideal. A wonderfully relaxing chalet and we'll definitely stay there again.5/5

January 2023Fantastic Chalet within close proximity to Val d'Isere Centre and La Daille. The chalet is right next to the resort bus stop so it's easy to get to Le Fornet, Val d'Isere centre or La Daille. It's also only a 2 minute walk from the Spar grocery shop, so very handy if you're planning on doing your own catering. The photographs of the chalet are accurate and the style of the chalet is charming and traditional. The ski boot room is sufficiently spacious with a boot warming rack, the sauna is great if you need to recover from a hard day's skiing and there's a supply of dry wood if you fancy lighting the fire on your return. There's free parking outside the chalet which will save you a lot of money if you've arrived by car as parking in Val d'Isere can be expensive. 5*
